How To Return An Item
If your order is damaged during shipping, an image of the damaged item/s must accompany the request for an exchange or refund via email. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged product/s. Damaged products must be returned in order to receive a replacement or a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you simply are not satisfied with your purchase your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of receiving your order in order to receive a refund.
