At Tea-Licious Skincare, we want you to genuinely love your skincare ritual. Because skincare is personal, we understand that sometimes a product may not feel like the right fit for your skin, scent preference, or routine.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
14-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible items may include products that are lightly used or unopened. To qualify for a return or refund, products must:
• be purchased directly from tea-liciouskincare.com
• include proof of purchase or order confirmation
• not be excessively used or intentionally damaged
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at lorraine@tea-liciouskincare.com before returning any items.
Include:
• your order number
• the item(s) you would like to return
• a brief description of the issue or concern
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tea-Licious Skincare is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• gift cards
• sale or clearance items
• products that are mostly used or empty
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at lorraine@tea-liciouskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
