This formulation is a potent, multi-functional product, a serum designed for acne-prone, or oily skin. It combines exfoliation and soothing repair with a focus on natural ingredients. Due to the inclusion of salicylic acid and sponge microneedles.  Patch-test, especially for sensitive skin.

Ingredients

Rose Hydrosol Infused with African Kigelia Tea: Rose hydrosol, a byproduct of rose essential oil distillation, hydrates, soothes, and calms skin while acting as a mild astringent to tighten pores and reduce redness. Infused with African Kigelia tea (from Kigelia africana), it adds antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, potentially aiding in skin firming, blemish reduction, and irritation relief due to bioactive compounds like flavonoids and saponins.

Propanediol: A plant-derived humectant and solvent that hydrates skin by drawing in moisture, enhances the absorption of other ingredients, and provides a smooth, non-sticky texture.

Salicylic Acid: A beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) that exfoliates by penetrating pores to remove dead skin cells and excess oil, making it effective for treating acne and blackheads. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, helping to reduce redness and prevent breakouts.

Kigelia Extract: Derived from the African sausage tree, this extract is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. It supports skin firming, reduces blemishes, and soothes irritation, complementing the Kigelia tea infusion for enhanced efficacy.
